Here's the Story...

In case some of you are curious what the boys are doing in this photo, I will explain. While on his bachelor party in Vegas, John and his guys constantly did a new dance called "Teach Me How to Bernie". It is modeled after the rap song "Teach Me How to Dougie" but in the style of Weekend At Bernie's. Jared did an awesome job capturing this awesome new dance!

7 DAYS

ONE WEEK LEFT UNTIL WE BECOME HUBBY & WIFE, WE CAN'T WAIT!

Thank you Mama Appelquist

We have had such a productive weekend, booked the wonderful harpist Rachel Pate and met with our wonderful wedding coordinator and friend Dar to finilize wedding plans. After church we met at Panera for some wedding chit chat and she was kind enough to give us an early gift that she made. It is a beautiful navy and yellow blanket and I am already cozy on my couch with it!!! hugs, j+k

The fight begins...

As many of you know I lost my grandma a couple months ago to the ugly disease that is cancer and the cause is dear to my heart. One of my close friends was diagnosed with Breast Cancer this last week at the ripe age of 27.  I am writing this post to rally prayers & support for her. Prayer is the best medicine I know so if you are the praying type please say an extra one for her. Also if you have the means donating is also extremely important. I am a supporter of the American Cancer Society and Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks because of their endless fight to find a cure.
This has taught me to tell your friends & family you love them every chance you get and make sure to live everyday to the fullest,  We love you Mel B and are fighting right along with you!

New Year's Bachelorette Party - Dallas 2011

I just got back from my bachelorette party in Dallas for New Year's. It was Amazing and my ladies really pulled through. Megan did a great job planning (also designed special coozies), holly surprised me and Betty flew all the way from LA to join the fun!! Brooke volunteered to drive (decorated her car and all) the 7 hours and it really flew by! Also thanks to Mel & Trina for coming and all you guys did to  make me feel special, hugs!
Here are a few pics but definitely more to come....
