Sawyer, can you say....

I find it very important to try to document as much of Sawyer's development as I can, simply so I don't forget. As the months go by, I find myself not remembering all those adorable details that I swore I would always remember. That is the main reason I blog, it's my go-to when I want to refresh my memory or just re-live those moments we treasure. John and I decided to do a brief video of the cool things he is doing right now. It was s couple weeks ago so he is doing even more now, like talking in sentences (Where daddy go?). This is just a video of us talking to him and him identifying his body parts and saying names. He gives shout outs to some of his family members and friends (even his beloved Great Dane, Bowie).

Hope you enjoy:

And on a related developmental note, we have gone 2 nights without him needing his pacifier (aka MiMi) to fall asleep. THIS IS HUGE! He will cry and ask for it for about 5 minutes but then he just falls asleep. During the day, he has been going without it, so our fingers are crossed we can keep this up for good.
Go Sawyer! No MIMI!!!!

  1. Hello! I'm Heather and I was hoping you would answer my quick question I have about your blog! My email is Lifesabanquet1@gmail.com

  2. I love how he says, "drink of water" now when he wants a drink. And I really love the way he says "no" to every question in that sweet little voice. Also how he thinks Grandpa and I are the same person - we're both Grandpa :o)
